Cancellation & Refund Policy – Shine A Day

At Shine A Day, we believe in supporting our customers as much as possible and follow a transparent and customer-friendly cancellation policy.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations will be accepted only if the request is made on the same day the order is placed.

  • However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been communicated to our vendors/merchants or if the shipping process has been initiated.

Perishable Products

Please note that perishable items such as gummies and other edible products cannot be cancelled once processed.
However, a refund or replacement may be provided if the customer can establish that the product quality delivered was not satisfactory.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service Team within the same day of receipt.
The request will be processed once our merchant verifies and confirms the issue at their end.

Product Mismatch or Dissatisfaction

If you believe that the product received is not as shown on our website or does not meet your expectations, please inform our Customer Service Team within the same day of delivery. After reviewing your concern, our team will make an appropriate decision regarding refund or replacement.

Manufacturer Warranty

For products that come with a manufacturer warranty, any issues or claims should be directed to the respective manufacturer.

Refund Process

In case a refund is approved by Shine A Day, it may take 6–8 business days for the amount to be processed and credited to the customer’s account.
